Use of materials in the Center
There is a lending service of A Course in Miracles materials (DVDs and books) available for you at the Centre, in addition to movies and books not directly related to the Course.
Donations
The dues for a member of the Association of A Course in Miracles in Mataró is 25€ each month.
Sessions are open to everyone, whether or not they are members.
Service jobs at the Centre
When you come to the Centre you will be informed directly of the jobs that you will help with during your stay. There is an ‘Information For Brothers’ announcement board in the Centre where you will find information about service jobs.
Please stay open and available to serve during your stay. There are always things where your assistance will be very useful.
How the Center functions
Suggestions to help the Centre to function well.
Thank you for abiding by the following guidelines:
- Turn off your mobile during sessions.
- Be aware of your hygiene and don't use perfumes or other products with strong scents.
- Take off your shoes when you enter the session room and leave them in the place provided for them.
- Be responsible for your children. If you decide to bring them with you, make sure they are comfortable in the kitchen or on the terrace of the Center. We have movies and toys available for them.
- Use the kitchen of the Center only from 1 p.m to 3 p.m., and leave it clean afterwards.
- Check the ‘Information For Brothers’ board where you will learn about service opportunities that have been assigned to you during your stay.
- Do not use drugs or alcohol during your stay.
- Don't smoke anywhere in the center, including on the terrace.
- Don't eat in the session room.
- Don't use the computer during session.
- Don't chat with others during sessions. Sessions haven't finished until the last brother has left the light session.
- Put away your chair or cushion after each session.

How to get to Mataró by public transport
From Barcelona Airport:
- Take the train to Barcelona Sants station.
- At Sants, change trains to the train for Mataró which will be Line 1, the blue line, of Renfe, Spain's national train line.
From Girona Airport:
- Take the Sagales bus that goes to Barcelona's Estación del Norte bus station (North Station).
- When you arrive, go to the Arc de Triomf train station (Renfe) a few minutes from Estación del Norte and take the train to Mataró - Line 1.
